Fantastic experience! I was a bit uncertain, so I reached out to the office and got the guidance I was looking for.
The chair came perfectly put together, and the delivery guy even brought it right into my place where I wanted it.
Now, I’m free from those pesky lower back issues!

The item arrived right on schedule and was in excellent condition. One thing that could use some work on the online platform is the lack of an email prompt for purchase confirmations after an order is made. I had to reach out and follow up to get this sorted in the days following my order. But once I got the email sorted out, everything went smoothly.

Items arrived today - 6 weeks earlier than the 'worst case' timeframe for custom orders. Aylesford Couriers were more than willing to adjust the delivery address for the customer's ease and showed up right on the promised date and time.
